Customer Advisory Board

A Customer Advisory Board is a focus group that brings together several customers (and sometimes prospects) that you select under our facilitation specifically to determine their likes / dislikes and ways that you can improve your services to encourage them to purchase more and better value what you provide.

You will get feedback on:

  • Things it could do better
  • Key frustrations customers have in doing business with you
  • Proposed new products / services
  • Needed products / services that you presently don't provide (or worse still do but your customers don't know you do)
  • Suggestions of how you can help your customers better achieve their own business goals

A Customer Advisory Board is a great first step to better understanding your customers and, importantly, designing / redesigning your business to positively differentiate yourself from your competitors.
